1. Agreement
By accessing or using AgricTrace ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
AgricTrace provides software for farm operations, including livestock records, team access, and optional integrations. Features may change as we improve the product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service (for example: probing vulnerabilities without permission, overloading systems, or using the Service unlawfully). You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service for you.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". Operational, veterinary, and business decisions remain your responsibility. AgricTrace is not a substitute for professional agronomic or veterinary advice.
