1. What we collect
We collect information you provide (such as name, phone number, and farm records), technical data needed to run the Service (such as device and log data), and data from integrations you enable (for example sensor readings).
2. How we use data
We use data to provide and improve AgricTrace, secure accounts, support you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your farm operational data to third parties for their unrelated marketing.
3. Sharing
We may share data with subprocessors that host or operate parts of the Service (for example cloud infrastructure), when required by law, or when you instruct us (such as exporting reports). Your organisation's administrators control invitations and roles within the app.
4. Retention
We retain information as long as your account is active and as needed for backups, security, and legal compliance. Deletion rules may depend on your subscription agreement with the operator of your AgricTrace deployment.
5. Your choices
You may access or update profile information in the app where supported. For other requests (access, correction, deletion), contact your organisation administrator or your AgricTrace provider.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; use strong passwords and protect your devices.
